(2) Because the nozzle hole is very small, the largest is no more than a few millimeters, it is easy to be blocked. Therefore, the material liquid entering the nozzle must be strictly filtered. The material liquid pipeline of the filter nozzle should be stainless steel pipe to prevent rust from blocking the nozzle.

(3) The nozzle wears a lot. For materials with greater wear, the nozzle should be made of wear-resistant materials.

(4) High viscosity materials are not easy to atomize.
